Ms. Sain joined Mizzen as a Principal focused on underwriting and deal execution. Before joining Mizzen Capital, she worked at Salem Investment Partners, where she underwrote and managed over 40 small business investments. Prior to Salem, Ms. Sain worked for Bank of America’s Real Estate Structured Finance group, assisting in the underwriting, securitization and asset management of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) transactions. Ms. Sain began her career at RBC Centura Bank.
Ms. Sain received her B.S. from Wake Forest University’s Wayne Calloway School of Business and Accountancy.
